We are now unable to accept any more reservations for the conference dinner and rooms at the Cohen Quadrangle. Registration for only the conference can be made until 17.00 on 15/03/2018.
- Registration Details
Registration will remain open until March 15, but dinners must be reserved by March 9. Subsidised rates (£10 including the Conference Dinner) are available for students and Early Career Researchers, as are travel and accommodation bursaries. The Conference Dinner at Exeter College’s Old Hall is an additional £50. Childcare can be arranged for those who register before February 20.

Reviewers have completed their assessments of submitted abstracts and authors will be informed of the outcomes before the 15th of February.

Registration is now open and can be accessed here! The deadline for Early Bird Registration is February 15th. Bursaries for travel and accommodation are available for students and Early Career Researchers.
- Abstract Submission Deadline Extended
By request, the organising committee have extended the deadline for abstract submissions until 31 January. Papers relating to data governance in any aspect of neuroscience or ICT are welcome; involvement in the HBP is not a requirement.

- Conference Announcement
The Data Governance Working Group of the Human Brain Project, in collaboration with ORBIT, the Observatory for Responsible Research and Innovation in ICT seek paper submissions for the Data Governance in International Neuro-ICT Collaborations conference, which will take place at Exeter College at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom on the 20th and 21st of March.
We welcome submissions on any and all disciplinary perspectives on the governance of data in neuroscience and ICT (technical, methodological, cultural, social, philosophical, historical, policy, compliance, etc.), particularly those with an international dimension and those actively engaging with an approach aligned with Responsible Research and Innovation.
